Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
