Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handle equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
