Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
