Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, security, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 for employment at ALDI.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking capabilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
