Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
