Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This role offers an hourly wage starting at $17.50.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and handle inventory accurately.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate equipment such as a cash register.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
