Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, ensuring customer satisfaction and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer purchases, maintains cleanliness, and organizes merchandise displays.
• Delivers exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates effectively with store management.
• Participates in inventory counts, inventory monitoring, and adheres to cash procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to qualify for employment at ALDI.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skills to operate store equipment and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
