Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and collaborating with the team to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capacity to handle merchandise and equipment effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
