Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while upholding company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely and properly operate equipment as required.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
