We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, preparing you to lead your own store effectively. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, overseeing customer service, and ensuring store performance meets company standards. This role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with potential earnings up to $101,000 annually in the first year.
