Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of successful store management in preparation for running your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Address customer concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in hiring store personnel and managing schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.
