Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi to train on all aspects of successfully running a store and preparing to manage your store. As a Store Manager Trainee, your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, developing operational plans, and leading a dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise team operations to provide high-quality customer service.
- Communicate company values to create a cohesive team environment.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage.
- Participate in the hiring process and manage employee schedules.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations.
- Manage budgets, cash audits, and merchandise inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must be 18 or older and demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team. Candidates should excel in customer service, communication, and leadership. Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with at least 3 years of retail experience. Management experience is a plus.
