Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Model and communicate the core values of the company to promote teamwork.
• Oversee customer concerns and maintain product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage employee schedules.
• Identify training opportunities for team members to enhance performance.
• Meet store payroll and budget targets.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.
• Operational and budget management abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
