Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and train on all aspects of successfully managing a store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure customer service excellence, manage staffing, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver superior customer service
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met
• Monitor and adjust store performance based on competitive environment
• Provide a safe and organized store environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lead, provide excellent customer service, and follow company policies
• Operate cash register and store equipment
• Travel as needed for training
