Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of successfully managing a store in preparation for running your own. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
