Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team to ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will play a vital part in store performance, staffing, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
