Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service
• Understand and communicate company strategy and values to foster teamwork among employees
• Handle customer concerns and maintain product quality and store appearance
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage store budget, inventory, and merchandising

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience
• Prior management experience a plus
