Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring optimal performance, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and fostering team growth through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork and engagement.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain product quality.
• Hire, schedule, and train store personnel.
• Ensure store compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
