Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to effectively run a store while supervising daily operations, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. You will mentor and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and drive performance.
