Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of managing a store effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to provide outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.
• Monitor and achieve store budget goals.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting and implementing company policies.
• Prior retail experience, ideally in a management role.
• Flexibility to travel as needed within the division.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is an advantage.
