Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will undergo training in all aspects of successfully managing a store. Your role will involve supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and contributing to the overall store performance while mentoring and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to provide exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring store personnel and manage schedules.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Conduct store meetings and inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail and management preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
