Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand all aspects essential for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational strategies, and mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement operational plans while fostering teamwork and a sense of membership among employees.
• Manage store procedures, including staffing, scheduling, and maintaining product quality.
• Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations of store personnel.
• Monitor and maintain store safety standards and equipment functionality.
• Ensure stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control meet company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
