Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be trained on all aspects of successfully running a store to prepare for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and implement company strategy and core values.
• Hire, train, and manage store personnel.
• Ensure store signage and product quality are maintained.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage store budgets and total loss.
• Oversee product merchandising and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
