Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans. This role will involve mentoring team members, maintaining store performance, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store activities to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Oversee product merchandising, inventory management, and stock levels.
• Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and provide feedback for team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and customer service principles.
