Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness and lead our fitness team to create an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Create and maintain competitive class schedules that cater to member needs.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Deliver world-class member experiences that motivate and uplift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fitness leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community.
