Responsibilities:

• Recruit and schedule top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
• Lead ongoing instructor development by providing feedback, coaching, and training sessions.
• Create a community-focused culture by addressing member concerns and promoting enthusiasm.
