Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company committed to providing an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience. As the GFSTL, you will lead a team of Group Fitness Instructors and Studio Coaches to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our members. This role involves maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, managing class schedules, recruiting talent, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure Studio and Group Fitness attendance by managing class counts, scheduling competitive classes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development and program execution.
• Create a positive and connected community through exceptional customer service and engagement.
