Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Manage class schedules for optimal utilization and member convenience.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance, safety, and flawless execution of programs and events.
- Train, mentor, and develop instructors to deliver safe and effective classes.
- Create a community-driven environment through high-energy classes that motivate and uplift members.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a fitness or related role is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit and develop talent.
- Strong analytical abilities to drive business performance and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create connections with members.
