As the GFSTL, you will play a vital role in maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by developing competitive class schedules, recruiting top talent, and delivering world-class member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure clean and safe STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces, execute marketing events, and provide ongoing training and coaching for instructors.
• Create a culture of enthusiasm, trust, and accountability within the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive community culture.
