POSITION TITLE: Group Fitness Manager

COMPANY: VASA Fitness

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Salary

COMPENSATION: Pay Range is $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities!

JOB SUMMARY: As the Group Fitness Manager at VASA Fitness, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. You will recruit and manage talent, analyze performance, drive attendance, and ensure a world-class member experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit and Staff top talent for Studio and Group Fitness programs.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators.
• Ensure class schedules are competitive, on-trend, and convenient for members.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes and safe, clean facilities.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality programming.
• Address member concerns promptly and create a culture centered on VASA's core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Passion for fitness, team leadership, and creating positive member experiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Group Fitness or related disciplines is a plus.
