Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness Program Lead to join VASA Fitness's dynamic team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional fitness experience and fostering a supportive community within our facilities. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17.50-$19.00, along with commission and bonus opportunities!
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize the usage of STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure world-class member experiences through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
- Create a culture of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting and staffing in the fitness industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
