• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and maximize STUDIO/Group Fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and executing flawless programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes.
• Create connections and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
