We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Home Care LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community, supporting their well-being and recovery. Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
