Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Home Care LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. As a member of our dedicated team, you will implement care plans, participate in discharge planning, and ensure patient-centered care. Join us for full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities in New Castle County, DE, with competitive pay rates ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities

Requirements
