Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Our organization provides comprehensive OASIS-E training, advanced Electronic Health Record systems, and a supportive leadership team to help you succeed in your Home Health career.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
