We are looking for a dedicated Home Care LPN to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, contribute to developing care plans, and ensure patient well-being. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
