Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Manager at Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway, you will be responsible for supervising the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. Your duties include overseeing personnel, managing supplies, handling guest complaints, and ensuring all housekeeping tasks meet company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create daily assignments and plans for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise Room Inspectors, Room Attendants, Houseman, Laundry, and Night Houseman.
• Hire, train, schedule, and assign duties to department personnel.
• Inspect guest rooms daily for cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of uniforms and supplies.
• Test new products and chemicals for housekeeping.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hotel housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• Detail-oriented in room inspections.
• Strong teamwork skills.
