Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Central Florida - Service Experts. As part of our team, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories according to company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform diagnostics and start-ups on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement product sales leads.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools, and complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
- Assist with site supervision, planning, estimating, and quality audits.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification and 5+ years of experience.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by laws and regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment functionality and installation.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment effectively.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in various environmental conditions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and maneuver in tight spaces.
