As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Your role will involve communicating with customers, promoting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as per company requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Assist in site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers in technical skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with HVAC technical training certification.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
