Key Responsibilities:
- Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
- Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promotes products and services to the customer.
- Follows standard procedures and processes, ensuring the company vehicle is properly stocked.
Health & Safety Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reports any unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards to direct supervisor/manager immediately.
- Uses and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company programs.
- Participates in safety initiatives, teams, or committees.
- Provides input on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
