HVAC Service Tech

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls independently
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems professionally and accurately
• Conduct services and maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and promoting relevant products and services
• Maintain company property, tools, and vehicles responsibly

Health & Safety Roles:

• Report unsafe acts and hazards promptly
• Comply with safety regulations and wear proper protective equipment
• Participate in safety initiatives and report incidents immediately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification
• Valid EPA and safety certifications
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle necessary tools and equipment
• Effective communication and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
