Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join the Orangutan - Service Experts team. As an HVAC Service Tech, you will work on residential and light commercial service calls, analyzing and resolving customer problems with heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and maintenance services on HVAC equipment
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Promote products and services to customers
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools
Health & Safety Roles
- Report unsafe conditions and hazards immediately
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Comply with safety procedures and initiatives
- Provide input on safety plans and initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid HVAC technical training certification and EPA certification required
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
