Job Description:
Comfort Masters - Service Experts is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring the proper functioning of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls
- Analyzing and resolving customer problems efficiently
- Diagnosing and servicing HVAC equipment accurately and promptly
- Completing routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Promoting products and services to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid HVAC technical training certification
- EPA and safety certifications
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours and in various environmental conditions
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items
