Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls independently.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues professionally and accurately.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment timely.
• Inspect and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and part deliveries.
• Record information accurately, maintain excellent customer service, and promote products/services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical certification.
• Valid licensing, EPA, and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication, time-management, and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexibly, climb ladders, lift heavy items, and work in various conditions.
