Job Description
L.L.Bean is looking for a licensed Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at the Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and great benefits. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will be responsible for performing senior level electrical maintenance functions, ensuring electrical safety, and providing support for complex industrial equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for electrical maintenance and problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controlled equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support robotics, sorting, and vision systems.
- Handle power distribution systems, lighting systems, and hazardous waste.
- Act as a safety resource and mentor for junior electricians.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with 6 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Experience with PLCs, IEC blueprints, and industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
