Job Description
L.L.Bean is seeking a licensed Industrial Master Electrician or Journeymen to join our team at the Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 an hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, a generous employee discount, and a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus. As an Industrial Master Electrician, you will play a crucial role in performing senior-level electrical maintenance functions, ensuring safety and reliability across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Provide second level support for complex electrical maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated industrial equipment.
- Install, maintain, and support complex robotics and systems.
- Oversee power distribution and lighting systems maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures to avoid electrical hazards.
- Act as project lead and mentor junior electricians.
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed Master Electrician with 6+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Experience with PLCs and reading electrical blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Valid state driver's license and willingness to work at heights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent documentation skills.
