Join Genesis Healthcare as an Infection Control Nurse - LPN/LVN and play a vital role in our healthcare services. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the Infection Prevention and Control Program for one or multiple centers, focusing on vital areas like Infection Prevention, Outbreak Management, and Employee Health.

Responsibilities

• Implement Infection Prevention and Control activities.
• Manage outbreaks effectively.
• Promote Employee Health and perform Outcome-Process Surveillance.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, control, and report infections.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with LPN/LVN licensure.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care nursing experience, with supervisory capacity preferred.
• Previous experience in infection prevention and control is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
