Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Mark Allen - Service Experts. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting products and services, and training other installers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories as per company requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
- Assist in site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications as required by laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced skills in duct work and fittings.
