Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare services, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
