Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, medication administration, and ensuring the CDC and CMS standards are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Follow infection prevention practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and State Board licensed.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.
